Modular Pop-Up Exhibits
Type
Exhibit + Spatial Brand Design
Role
Lead Designer
This project involved the design of a series of three modular pop-up exhibits for a contemporary office furniture and décor brand. Each exhibit was created at a different scale and budget tier — from compact, low-cost displays to more immersive, multi-room environments — allowing the client to select the appropriate version based on event size and scope.
The primary design goals were to:
Create playful, clean environments that align with the brand’s aesthetic
Emphasize the versatility of the product line in different room styles
Showcase the brand’s high-quality packaging and shipping durability
Ensure the exhibits could be easily assembled, disassembled, and transported
Each concept used minimal architectural interventions to imply space — often framing two to three "rooms" with open partitions, color blocking, platform levels, and curated styling to suggest real working environments. These environments included home offices, collaborative workspaces, and solo productivity zones, all using the same product line to demonstrate its flexibility across contexts and styles.
I used modular materials and lightweight construction strategies to support ease of reuse and adaptability, allowing the pieces to be configured in different ways depending on venue requirements. Visual cohesion was maintained across all three exhibit versions through consistent color palettes, material finishes, and signage, reinforcing the brand identity.
The result is a flexible family of spatial experiences that bring the client’s products to life, blurring the line between showroom and installation, and encouraging hands-on exploration by visitors.
