Composed entirely from leftover materials from my thesis, this piece is a quiet reflection on accumulation, emotional absence, and the architectures of internal space. The objects embedded in the clay are fragments of previous work — once purposeful, now discarded — caught in the act of spilling over. Painted entirely black, the work invites viewers to project their own interpretation of what’s being buried, escaped, or clung to.
